World Oldest Traditional Ruler Ohworode Of Olomu Is Dead

THE Ohworode of Olomu Kingdom, HRM, DR, (OVIE) R. L. Ogbon, Ogoni-Oghoro 1, Royal Canon, OON, Chairman, Council of Traditional Rulers Urhobo Nation is dead at the aged 106 years.
His death was announced on Thursday 17th March 2023 in a meeting of the traditional councils at Ohworode palace in Ogoni Olomu.
The demised of the oldest traditional ruler was officially announced by Chief Olorogun Macaulay the Otota of Olomu kingdom.
His Words, “We can confirm today that our Ohworode has gone back to be with God. He lived a God life,he served the government and his people well.
“We Are Mourning And Rejoicing Because He Was Old 109years On Earth Is Not A Mean Fit But It’s Painful. He said.
