Why Peter Obi Didn’t Defeat Tinubu, ex-Federal commissioner, Abubakre

Razaq Abubakre, an emeritus professor and former federal commissioner, has revealed the real reason why the Labour Party Presidential candidate Peter Obi could not defeat the candidate of APC Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to win the 2023 presidential election.
According to Abubakre Obi couldn’t defeat Asiwaju Bola Tinubu at the last presidential election because his lacklustre performance as former governor of Anambra state worked against him.
Speaking in a national television on Wednesday, he said that Peter Obi failed to win the election because he has no foundation both national and international.
According, during the two terms tenure of Peter Obi as the governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi failed to build leaders unlike Tinubu who has inspired several leaders nationally and internationally.
“Obi’s inability to build leaders, unlike Tinubu, who has inspired several leaders nationally and internationally, was part of his undoing,” he noted.
“His alleged impropriety with state funds, as confirmed during an interview with Kadria Ahmed that he invested state funds in his family business, is also part of his undoing,” Abubakre alleged.
