University Of Liverpool Ban Masturbation In Their Library Toilet.
The University Of Liverpool in United Kingdom has warned her students to stop mustabating in the university’s library toilet.
This was contained in a notice note pasted on the library’ toilet with a warning to students who indulge in the act.
According to them,the excessive amount of men stains on the floor costs thousands of pounds to be removed.
They also warned that if the act continue,it will amount to the institution increasing their tuition fees for next year.
“MOsturbation in the library toilet is a violation of the University of Liverpool Sydney Jones Library Regulations
