Chelsea striker, Nicholas Jackson is on the verge of joining Manchester United according to renowned Italian sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano.
The 24 years old Senegalese who joined Chelsea from Spanish side, Villarreal in 2023 has fallen out of favour in the eyes of both fans and the coach.
Nicholas Jackson scored 13 premier league goals in his first season as a Chelsea player. He had 17 goals in all competition in the following year.
He reached 20 goals in his first 44 games for Chelsea, and even at that a lot of fans are still not impressed with him as they (fans) cited the fact that the former Villarreal man isn’t all that clinical in front of goal.
Fans claimed he misses a lot of good chances created by playmakers like Cole Palmer, and Enzo Fernandez.
Chelsea are looking to offload Jackson since the arrivals of more aggressive attackers in person of Liam Delap, and Joao Pedro from Ipswich Town and Brighton respectively.
