Tinubu Will Get Disqualified Before His Inauguration ~ Lawyer Baron Chymaker.

Popular Nigerian Lawyer and one of the legal team of the Presidential candidate of Labour Party challenging the outcome of the February 25 presidential election at the tribunal Baron Chymaker has assured Nigerians that the Presidential candidate of APC Asiwaju Bola Tinubu who was declared winner of the election by INEC will surely be disqualified before his inauguration.

According to him, there is no way Tinubu will escape being disqualified by the supreme court judging by the level of evidence submitted in court soo far and the controversies of the drug case of Tinubu in the US to his dual citizenship saga.

Recall that the Presidential candidate of Labour Party Peter Obi approached the Election Petition Tribunal challenging the announcement of Tinubu as the winner of the February 25 presidential election by INEC.

Peter Obi is also asking the court to disqualify Tinubu and declare him winner of the election presenting evidence against Tinubu drug case in the United States.

Reacting after the Election Petition Tribunal had fixed the date for the commencement of the case, Barrister Chymaker in a post on his Twitter handle, offered to place a bet on his assurance that Tinubu will be disqualified before May 29.

He tweeted ” Let me say It again, In my many years as a lawyer and someone who has marshaled for Judge, there is no way the supreme court won’t disqualify Bola Asiwaju Tinibu, there is absolutely no pathway for him to escape, I’m willing to place a bet with anyone, the law is clear”.
