Release Nnamdi Kanu Before June 20th Or Expect Worst Civil Disobedience ~Simon Ekpa.

The self acclaimed disciple of Nnamdi Kanu and the prime minister of Biafra Restoration Government In Exile (BRGIE) Simon Ekpa has given the federal government of Nigeria and ultimatum to release the detained leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra IPOB Nnamdi Kanu.
According to Simon Ekpa the failure of Nigerian government to release Nnamdi Kanu before 20th of June, will attract a severe and worst civil disobedience by Biafrans.
Ekpa was reacting to the ruling of the Supreme Court of Nigeria which on Thursday May 11th adjourned the case of Nnamdi Kanu which was filed to facilitate his release or be transferred to Kuji prison for proper medication was rejected and case adjourned to September 14th 2023 despite all the pleas by Kanu’s lead council Mike Ozehkome.

Reacting to Supreme Court decision, Simon Ekpa in post on his Twitter handle, said that as the federal government of Nigeria continues to violate the court judgement with impunity, that will not wait on their judgement again.

BRGIE @BiafraRGIE update.
MNK case adjourned again till September 14th 2023. This is already a miscarriage of justice with impunity.
We have been reliably informed that the reason for the adjournment is that the Court granted the application of the AGF to file additional processes in response to Nnamdi Kanu’s latest filing which was done on Tuesday this week. The Court also said that even if it hears the appeal today, it does not have space within its busy calendar to write and deliver the judgment within the 90 days deadline set by the Constitution.
Our concern is that while the other court judgement has been violated with impunity we are not waiting for another court judgment, you either release MNK on or before 20th of June or wait the worst civil disobedience from Biafrans. -PM
