Photos:Peter Obi Meets Nyesom Nwike In River’s State
Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi had a closed door meeting with Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state, today June 22.
This is coming after it was reported that presidential candidate of People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar constituted a committee to pacify and woo the Rivers state Governor and other aggrieved members of the party.
It has also been alleged that the opposition party has been rocked by crisis following the choice of Delta state’s Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, as Atiku’s running mate.

Though the details of the meeting has not been made public as Peter Obi is currently searching for a running mate after NNPP rejected a possible merger with Labour Party insisting that Peter Obi must deputise Kwankwaso
