Mazi Nnamdi Kanu present condition.
I have been directed by our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to alert the world on his present condition and his demand.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has instructed me to let Nigerians, Biafrans and all human rights organisations to know that the ear ailment, which was inflicted on him as a result of torture has been disturbing him on his left ear. The infection has now affected his right ear and need urgent surgery.
The DSS has finally brought a doctor, which confirmed that an urgent surgery is needed because he is in severe pain and couldn’t sleep again.
Our leader also instructed me to alert the world to know that any time his case is coming up either here in Nigeria or outside Nigeria, the Nigeria Government will sponsor multiple killings in the South East so as to ascribe it to IPOB and blackmail IPOB.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu also instructed me to let the world know that Justice Haruna Tsammani who corruptly granted an order asking Government not to obey the court of Appeal Judgment to released in the guise of stay of execution which is unknown to Nigeria judicial system is the same person chairing the panel of Presidential election petition tribunal in Nigeria.
Both his Application to transfer him to Kuje correctional center and Application for his bail were all ripped for hearing but Supreme court failed to hear them and give bench ruling showing that they are being controlled by the government.
The world should also know that since the history of law in the entire world, this is the first time a superior court of record ie Court of Appeal which is second to the highest court of the land will give judgement and discharge someone and the same Court of Appeal through another Panel ask the authorities of Government not to obey the judgement by granting unknown stay of execution to the Government authorities.
The Biafra Republic Government In-Exile will officially communicate the government of Nigeria to this effect. Amnesty International, United Nations, @Europarl_EN, HS – Helsingin Sanomat , Human Rights Watch , UN Human Rights, Sahara Reporters, Vanguard News, Daily Post Nigeria , Punch Newspapers .
