My Husband Is Not Anybody’s Boy – Udom Emmanuel’s Wife Fires Back At Tinubu

The wife of the governor of Akwa Ibom state Her excellency Martha Udom Emmanuel has replied the comments made by Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu the presidential candidate of APC where he referred the governor of Akwa Ibom state Udom Emmanuel as Boy Boy ( an apprentice) to Atiku Abubarka.

Recall that Bola Tinubu during his presidential campaign rally in Akwa Ibom state had described the governor of the state Udom Emmanuel as a Boy Boy to the presidential candidate of PDP Atiku Abubarka a comment which has attracted wide criticism from Nigerians.

Mr Martha Udom Emmanuel,speaking in the PDP governorship rally in Eket local government area of Akwa Ibom state, said that her husband is a boy who is destined by God and can enter where so called elders cannot enter.

“Somebody will have the…I don’t even know what to say…to come and vomit rubbish to a man that has been ordained by God, a man that the whole world celebrates, a boy that is known everywhere in this world, a boy that can enter places where the old man cannot enter.

“The Bible says “fathers, do not provoke your children to anger”. He (Asiwaju) has provoked his children. But I am not surprised. You see, when failure is staring at your face, you will look for a way to vomit that venom on somebody else. But, it is not going to be on the head of my husband, neither on the people of Akwa Ibom State.

“When David came out to challenge Goliath, the same thing that happened on Monday is what happened in David’s time. Goliath looked at David and said ‘who is this small boy? You are coming to challenge me?’ David now answered him, ‘you this uncircumcised philistine, today, I will cut off your head because I come to you in the name of the Most High God.’

“What played out on Monday is what has been playing out in the spiritual realm. Don’t take it for a joke when he (Asiwaju) said he wanted to send scorpions to your Governor’s house. It is what he has been sending and God did not allow it to happen.

“The governor represents the people of Akwa Ibom. When they send scorpion, scorpion will go back to the sender. They send lizards, lizards will go back to the sender. How I wish, he did not come to Akwa Ibom and make that statement.

“I pity him, because God is going to deal with him. Our God the Most High God that knows how to avenge and fight battles will deal with everyone of them that has conspired against this state for no reason.

“If Governor Udom Emmanuel did not bring Atiku, who was he supposed to bring? Is Udom Emmanuel not in PDP? Is Atiku not in PDP? It is not everybody that will be boy-boy for him. My husband is too big to be boy-boy to anybody.”
