  • Click on Comments;

The Comments box appears beneath every post on your WordPress site. Your readers can use it to comment on your posts, ask questions and give feedback.

  • Scroll down to Edit Comments;

Scroll down and you willl see a bunch of icons. To add an outbound link, use your mouse or touchpad to click on Add An Emoji .

From there, select Twitter from the drop-down menu that appears. This will pop up a window asking for your username. Enter your username and click Continue.

You should then see an @ symbol appear in your comment box. Now type in http:// followed by a few words about whatever it is you’re linking to.

  • Paste the link in the text box;

A link is a shortcut that connects two web pages or online files. On web pages, links are displayed as underlined words, phrases, or images.

Once you click on a link , it leads you from one page to another from your current location to another website or file.

It doesn’t matter if they are directly next to each other in a book or magazine; a link will take you elsewhere which makes sense, right?


  • Click Update Comment Button;

In order to link a web address, place your cursor directly over an outbound link and click on Update Comment.

Inbox will then automatically convert all linked addresses into active links. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for changes made through Support Center to appear on Facebook pages.




  • Repeat This Process With All Outbound Links;

When you click on an outbound link (for example, when visiting a new website), you will be greeted with a blank tab.

To get your new web page fully loaded and looking just like it would if you had typed in its URL into your browser, hold down Shift + Ctrl and then click on Reload. You can also press Ctrl + F5, which works as well.
