Former Ekiti State Deputy Governor Is Dead
The former Ekiti State deputy governor, Otunba Bisi Egbeyemi is dead.
He died at the age of 79 after a brief illness
The news Egbeyemi demise broke out at the early hours of Saturday morning 18th March 2023 at a popular Hospital in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital
Otunba Bisi Egbeyemi was born on 8th of May 1944 he was a Nigerian lawyer and politician.
He served as deputy Governor of Ekiti State from 2018 to 2022. during the tenure of former governor of Ekiti State Kayode Fayemi
Although, the news of his death has not been made public by his family, but a source close to the family, confirmed the report.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, the source explained that the former Deputy Governor died at a private hospital in Ado-Ekiti on Saturday morning after a brief illness.
The family is expected to officially announced the news after the governoship and State Assembly election currently going on in the State.
