DSS Detain Fr. Abraham Nwali, SSA To Ebonyi State Governor.

The Ebonyi state department of state security DSS has reportedly detained Fr.Abraham Nwali a senior special adviser to Dave Umahi governor of Ebonyi State.

Fr. Abraham Nwali the SSA to Dave Umahi on Religious and Welfare Matters was picked up by the DSS on his way to CBN to deposit a very huge sum of money.

According to the report available to DAILYNEWSLINK, the DSS is demanding an explanation on how he came about such large sum of money in a billion worth and why he waited to deposit the money till this time.

Also according to an explanation he gave to DSS, he said that the money generated and owned by the Catholic Diocese of Abakaliki.

Also when contacted,the Bishop, of Abakaliki Catholic Diocese ,Dr Peter Chukwu disowned such a claim, saying that the Father is a politician and doesn’t have access to the treasury of the Diocese. He was then held back in detention.

Meanwhile he has been released following the intervention of high court government quarters in Ebonyi state.to go server Mass, while his phones are still with the DSS.
