Breaking News; Peter Obi Draggs INEC, APC, Tinubu To Election Petition Tribunal
DAILYNEWSLINK can authoritatively confirm that the Presidential candidate of Labour Party Peter Obi has finally dragged the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC and the All Progressive Congress APC to Election Petition Tribunal over the just concluded residential election.
Peter Obi had on Thursday 2nd March 2023 you n his World press conference said that he is going to challenge the decision of the independent national electoral commission INEC who announced the candidate of APC Asiwaju Bola Tinubu winner of the election on Wednesday.
According to Peter Obi, he said that he won the election and he is going to challenge it to the court of competent jurisdiction.

In the copy of the Lawsuit dated 3rd March 2023 which was made available to DAILYNEWSLINK was signed and acknowledged by the secretary of Election Petition Tribunal, Obi demanded that INEC declared him winner of the February 25 presidential election.
