Am Most Qualified Senator For Senate President – Izunaso Tells Buhari.
The Senator representating Imo West senatorial district Senator Osita Izunaso on Tuesday paid a visit to President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential villa Aso Rock in Abuja.
Izunaso used the medium of the visit to present his senatorial certificate of return to President Buhari.
Osita Izunaso used the opportunity to acquaint Mr President of his ambition to become the senate president of the 10th assembly.

According to him, he said that he is the most Senior Senator in the South-East, South-South Region as he has been Senator since 2007.
When asked about his chances against major contenders like Senator Orji Uzor Kalu as well as Senator Godswill Akpabio, he declined to speak, simply reiterating that he is the oldest and will await the party’s decision, after meeting with President Buhari today.
